DISCUSSION: There is little to no debate that as mankind moves further into the 21st century, we will need to find more and more versatile ways to adapt to changing energy needs and demands around the world.  There are many current methods by which mankind has utilized various forms of natural energy to produce more usable forms of energy to help power things which people use in their everyday lives.  Some more common examples of this include (but are certainly not limited to) using streams and/or rivers to generate hydro-electric power, installing wind turbines in regions which are climatologically more prone to stronger seasonal wind speeds, and/or installing solar panels in regions which are prone to having greater amounts of clear skies during the course of a typical year.

However, in looking to the city of Sacramento, California, there is a fitness center which has taken energy production to the next-generation level.  A fitness center by the name of Eco Fitness in Sacramento, California is completely revolutionizing the way in which readily created energy is converted into a useful form.  More specifically, this particular fitness center opted to install a micro-inverter on each stationary bike which connects to an adjacent battery supply.  This allows every person which rides the bike to generate electric energy which is subsequently used to power the energy demands from the entire fitness center. Thus, the natural process by which each gym member riding these bikes creates the electricity which is needed to power the fitness center in Eco Fitness.  This is just one of many more neat examples which people can innovate based off of and learn from for the future in terms of advocating smarter ways of generating more creative and readily available forms of energy which are otherwise wasted more often than not during the course of most people's existence.
