DISCUSSION: As dawn begins to break across the contiguous United States later this morning, Election Day 2016 will be underway rather quickly. Having said that, as you can see both in the image and brief forecast video above, there is a weak low pressure system currently moving through portions of the south-central United States. Therefore, as we move through the day tomorrow, there will certainly be some light impacts from this incoming rainfall. Who will be impacted and what will be the timing of it all?
